We're a Stellar dental team on a mission to make every kid feel like a superstar astronaut while keeping their smiles healthy and bright. Our office is full of energy, laughter, and just the right amount of fun! 4 Day Work-Week , Two days a week will be at our Mukilteo office and 2 days at our Mill Creek location Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) As our Patient Coordinator, you are Mission Control—the friendly face and guiding force that keeps everything running smoothly. You'll help our young astronauts and their families navigate their dental journey from launch (check-in) to landing (check-out). Daily Missions Greet patients and families with out-of-this-world positivity Schedule appointments with stellar precision Manage check-in and check-out like a pro Verify insurance and process payments Answer phones and communicate clearly with families Keep patient records organized and up to date Coordinate with the clinical team to keep our day in orbit You're a Great Fit If You… Love working with kids and bringing high energy to your day Can multitask faster than a rocket launch Stay calm under pressure (even during busy "asteroid belt" moments) Have dental or medical office experience (pediatric is a bonus!)
