3 months with possible extension/conversion Key Responsibilities Support and maintain healthcare scheduling systems and workforce management applications Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Provide application configuration and support for scheduling and HR-related systems Coordinate testing activities including UAT and integration testing Support healthcare operational workflows and enterprise application processes Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Assist with system integrations and data imports across enterprise platforms Create process documentation, workflows, and support materials Required Experience Experience with healthcare scheduling platforms such as Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS Oracle scheduling support and configuration experience Experience with PeopleSoft HR imports Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills Healthcare operations and workflow support experience Business requirements gathering and documentation experience Testing, UAT, and integration support experience Must have: Clairvia, UKG or ANSOS scheduling implementation experience; prior schedule data conversion; SQL; Advanced Excel; PeopleSoft HR imports; Epic/PCC integration testing exposure preferred. Preferred Experience Exposure to Epic and/or PointClickCare integrations Nursing scheduling experience Experience with Time & Labor, HCM, Payroll, or Benefits modules Prior healthcare enterprise application support experience
