Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The Center for Fully Functional Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our state-of-the-art Functional & Integrative Medicine practice and MedSpa in Carmel, Indiana.

Position Details:

Consistent, thoughtful physician support and professional development On site Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM to 5PM On call 1-2 weekends per month for direct primary care patients, (average 1 patient call per weekend) Patient volume averages 28 to 32 patients per week Patient population includes acute and chronic health conditions, BHRT, peptides, and direct primary care

Qualifications:

For NP candidates: BSN, MSN/DNP, and Indiana NP certification and licensure For PA candidates: BS/BN, MPAS/MMS, and Indiana PA certification and licensure Knowledge of functional medicine and a passion for an integrative approach Superior attention to detail and communication A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong critical thinking skills

Compensation:
