5:00 AM start | 50+ hours per week

Work Environment:

State-of-the-art manufacturing facility 🔧 Responsibilities Install wire channels, numbered wiring, and control panel components Assemble control panels, wiring harnesses, bus bars, and hardware Perform mechanical assembly of furnace systems and subsystems Measure, cut, bend, thread, and fit pipes and tubing Use hand tools, power tools, saws, screw guns, and forklifts Apply labels, safety stickers, and documentation Support testing, cleaning, and preparation for shipment Perform repetitive assembly work while standing for full shifts Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and delivery goals ✅ Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with tool and measurement experience BG in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, or metal fabrication preferred Experience with panel building or wire assembly is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours Willingness to learn and rotate across departments Strong attention to detail and reliability ⭐ Why Join Us Paid vacation and 10 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) and profit-sharing program Tuition reimbursement (75%) Production bonuses available Clean, temperature-controlled facility 👉 Apply now to build your career in industrial assembly! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancocas, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
