Furniture Sales Concierge / Internet Sales Specialist

Help Customers Love Their Home Before They Even Walk Through Our Doors! My Carls Furniture is a fast-growing, family-owned furniture retailer in Oakland Park, Florida. We specialize in helping customers furnish their homes with quality furniture at exceptional values while providing outstanding customer service. Our digital marketing generates a steady stream of interested customers every day through Facebook, Instagram, our website, and online advertising. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused professional to become the first impression of our company by turning online conversations into showroom appointments and lifelong customers. If you're friendly, confident, love helping people, and enjoy communicating through text, social media, and phone, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Respond quickly to Facebook Messenger, Instagram, website chat, text messages, and incoming phone calls. Build relationships with customers and discover what they're shopping for. Recommend furniture collections using photos, videos, and product information. Schedule showroom appointments and confirm upcoming visits. Follow up with customers who haven't visited yet. Coordinate with our showroom team to ensure every appointment is prepared. Ask satisfied customers for Google Reviews. Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up records. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the very first conversation. What We're Looking For Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional personality. A genuine passion for helping people. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, texting, email, and computers. Sales, customer service, hospitality, automotive, real estate, retail, or inside sales experience is a plus. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow. Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Compensation $19-$21 per hour (based on experience) $10 bonus for every qualified showroom appointment that arrives. $35 bonus for every appointment that results in a furniture sale. $10 bonus for every 5-star Google Review that mentions your name. Additional monthly performance bonuses based on appointment goals, response times, and overall team success. Paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Schedule Store Hours Monday-Saturday:

10:00 AM-8:00

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM-5:00 PM This is a full-time position with two scheduled days off each week. Some flexibility for occasional remote customer follow-up may be available as you become established in the role.
