Furniture Supervisor

Furniture Supervisor Peoplelink Staffing , in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Lee County MS area, is seeking a 1st shift experienced Furniture Supervisor to join their team! Furniture Supervisor Job Summary:

Pay will be based on experience The following supervisor positions are open: Framing Supervisor, Upholstery Supervisor, and Shipping Supervisor Shifts Available - 7am-3:45pm

M-F Responsibilities:

Will oversee daily operations within the department, ensure high quality production, efficient workflow and adhere to all safety and co standards, this role leads a team of employees and support staff to meet production targets while maintaining top customer satisfaction. Will be responsible for the department, employee performance, production schedules, meetings with upper management and all other duties as assigned by our customer.

Furniture Supervisor Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Previous supervisory experience in a furniture manufacturing setting is required (
