Job Overview:

The Massage Therapist provides professional massage and body treatment services tailored to each guest's needs. This role requires strong knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and a willingness to learn our spa's unique services and protocols. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build product and service knowledge to recommend effective wellness solutions.

Who we are looking for:

Demonstrates practical application of a wide range of massage techniques. Someone who is intuitive and passionate about their craft and takes great pride in high-quality services and creating a memorable guest experience. Will provide consistent professional massage in accordance with Fusion's protocols. Displays confidentiality, professionalism, and respect to guests and staff at all times, and has a warm and inviting demeanor. Someone who has strong communication skills and can effectively educate our guests about any wellness concerns. Exhibits punctuality and preparedness for client sessions. Has a strong attention to detail and properly cares for equipment. Contributes to a clean, calm, and elevated spa environment. Minimum of two years' experience in massage therapy. Massage Certificate from an accredited school of 500 hours or more.

We offer flexible scheduling and exceptional live/work balance. We will collaborate with you to find scheduling that meets both of our needs.
