Job Description:

Futures Trader (Discretionary or Systematic) The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Futures Traders - discretionary, systematic, or hybrid - to join a performance-driven trading environment focused on long-term trader success. You will trade proprietary capital while leveraging institutional-grade technology, quantitative research resources, and advanced execution capabilities. The role is designed for traders with a demonstrable edge who are looking to scale strategies within a collaborative and well-capitalized platform. The Role Trade proprietary capital across global futures markets. Deploy and scale discretionary and/or systematic trading strategies. Research, develop, and refine alpha-generating models or trading frameworks. Identify new opportunities across products, asset classes, and market regimes. Apply disciplined risk management and capital allocation practices. Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and technology teams. Continuously improve execution efficiency through data analysis and tooling. Markets & Products Experience in one or more futures markets is preferred: Interest Rate Futures Equity Index Futures Energy & Commodities Metals & Agriculture FX Futures Volatility or Spread Trading Multi-asset experience is a plus but not required. Who You Are 3+ years of futures trading experience (discretionary, systematic, or hybrid). Demonstrated history of profitability or strong strategy performance. Clear trading methodology or quantitative framework. Strong understanding of risk management and position sizing. Ability to adapt strategies as market conditions evolve. Independent thinker with a collaborative mindset. Comfortable operating in a technology-driven trading environment.
