Duties Manage financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping using databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Raiser's Edge. Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness about our programs and initiatives, utilizing digital platforms and public relations techniques. Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and other donors; oversee grant compliance and reporting. Coordinate fundraising campaigns by researching potential donors, maintaining relationships, and organizing events that foster community support. Ensure organizational compliance with legal standards by conducting regular audits, monitoring policies, and managing documentation related to government contracts. Support volunteer engagement by recruiting, training, and managing volunteers; facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners. Conduct research on community needs, industry trends, and funding opportunities to inform strategic planning efforts. Qualifications Proven experience working within nonprofit organizations or similar sectors; familiarity with databases such as Raiser's Edge or equivalent CRM software is highly desirable. Strong background in marketing, public relations, or communications with the ability to craft engaging messages for diverse audiences. Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, research, fundraising, and grant proposal writing. Knowledge of financial management principles including accounting practices relevant to nonprofit settings. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with government agencies, partners, donors, volunteers, and community members. Ability to navigate databases and CRM systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
