You will develop lesson plans and utilize diverse instructional methods to present Firearm subjects in classrooms. You will conduct research for interpretation of training information. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing firearms duties such as qualifying other officer/agents as a primary or collateral duty; Instructing basic and advanced law enforcement training curriculum in the firearms topical areas to include Basic Marksmanship Instruction (BMI) and Firearms Safety Rules and Regulations; and Developing new methods and approaches to meet overall basic and training objectives.
