I am looking to hire a driven individual who has great interpersonal skills, is detail oriented, and trustworthy. Experience being a Game Master or having done a number of escape rooms is a benefit, but not required. Any applicant should be prepared to perform the following tasks: Greet new guests and make them feel welcome, Game Master a room being able to learn how to read a group and when to give hints and help, Quickly clean and reset rooms to prepare for the next incoming group, and cleaning the facility to ensure an attractive environment for incoming players. You may also need to think on your feet if props or clues aren't working or are in the wrong place. This will be a part-time job, and will mainly be focused around nights and weekends. Most specifically, to start, expect to work Fri night and most of the day Sat and Sun. Availability to work during the week may become important later down the line. A college degree is not required, but a detail oriented mindset with a focus on customer service is hugely important.
