Job Description:

Unloading and stocking shipments of Live Goods Set and sign product to planograms Ability to merchandise product inside and outside stores Provide customers and store associates with product knowledge Ensure product is stocked and presentable at all times Assist in identifying opportunities and solutions for sell thru Provide support to Sales Manager and store employees as needed Work effectively independently and as a team player to perform all tasks assigned Maintain all plant displays on Monster racks and A frames by ensuring impactful presentations Cull dead and/or distressed plants from display Water plants as needed using store provided equipment Communicate any product needs and/or customer feedback to

Manager Physical Requirements:

Ability to routinely walk, stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift/shift up to 45 lbs Exposure to extreme weather conditions ( ex.heat, cold, wind, rain) Ability to bend, stretch and kneel Ability to push and pull without accommodation ALSO may be good for: Military experienced candidates or retirees Applicants who may not have a high school diploma/GED Applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more Applicant who just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education Applicants who do not have a college diploma Position is available in Glendale, NY Work schedule
