Duties Prepare soil, plant beds, and containers using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal growth conditions. Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to encourage healthy growth and maintain landscape aesthetics. Monitor plant health regularly; identify pests or diseases early and apply appropriate treatments or organic solutions. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, planting new flora, removing debris, and ensuring pathways are clean and safe. Qualifications Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields with a strong knowledge of plant care practices. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes as well as power tools including trimmers and blowers safely and efficiently. Growing experience with various plant species including flowers, shrubs, trees or vegetables is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify plant health issues promptly. $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
