Gardener / LandscaperPosition Title Gardener / Landscaper Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Gardener / Landscaper to maintain and improve residential and commercial outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, planting, and general property maintenance while providing high-quality service and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and landscaped areas Mow grass, trim hedges, edge walkways, and remove weeds Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery Install and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems Apply fertilizers, mulch, and soil treatments as needed Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Clean and maintain outdoor work areas Identify and report plant diseases or irrigation issues Follow schedules and complete projects efficiently Requirements Previous landscaping or gardening experience preferred Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and irrigation systems Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Preferred Qualifications Experience with irrigation installation and repair Knowledge of landscape design and maintenance Tree trimming or pruning experience Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Employment Type Full-Time / Part-Time Available Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend work available if needed Salary Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Paid time off Overtime opportunities Career growth opportunities Stable year-round work Work Location Residential and commercial properties
