Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Garment Printer to join our vibrant manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed apparel and textiles using advanced printing techniques. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards while maintaining efficiency and precision throughout the printing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative clothing designs and help bring creative visions to life through expert garment printing. Duties Operate and maintain various garment printing equipment, including screen printing presses, flexo presses, and CNC machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Prepare garments by performing prepress tasks such as color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to achieve accurate print results. Manage color consistency and accuracy across multiple prints using advanced color management tools within Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies, making necessary adjustments for flawless output. Set up and troubleshoot printing equipment, ensuring precise registration, proper ink application, and adherence to production specifications. Collaborate with the design team on print advertising concepts and layout design to ensure visual appeal aligns with brand standards. Operate forklifts and other manufacturing equipment safely for material handling and inventory management as needed. Skills Proficiency in screen printing techniques with a solid understanding of prepress processes. Strong knowledge of color management principles to ensure vibrant, consistent prints on garments. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing artwork files. Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including CNC machining, flexo presses, and textile machinery operation. Ability to perform quality control inspections diligently to uphold product standards. Basic understanding of typography and layout design for creating visually compelling print materials. Knowledge of print advertising principles for promotional apparel projects. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a manufacturing setting.
