Gas Station Attendant/Cashier (Weekend)

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Attendant and Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face customers rely on during their visits. Days:

Will be required to work Friday, Sat, Sun Only apply if you can work atleast 2 days Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Provide product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and restrooms through regular merchandising and stocking Answer customer inquiries via phone etiquette with professionalism and clear communication Conduct product demonstrations when introducing new items or promotions to encourage sales Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling Previous supervising experience is a plus for overseeing shifts or training new team members Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members Ability to upsell products confidently while providing outstanding customer service in a retail environment similar to grocery stores or convenience shops Experience in merchandising, stocking shelves, and managing retail sales processes Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial for understanding product placement and inventory management Demonstrated ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a lively retail setting.
