Gas Station Attendant/Cashier

In this energetic role, you'll handle daily operations at the pump and checkout counter, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles safely and efficiently Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with precision and integrity Conduct product demos for convenience store items and promote upselling opportunities to increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandising displays Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction Enforce safety protocols at the pump area and inside the store, including phone etiquette when communicating with customers or team members Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery or convenience store environments Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills to engage with customers professionally and courteously Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role Join us in delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in a fast-paced retail environment!
