Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles promptly and safely Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays to maintain an organized shopping environment Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or convenience products to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area, fuel pumps, and store facilities to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Manage inventory levels by stocking new products and conducting regular stock checks Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues efficiently Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience in retail or convenience store settings is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for customer interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Experience with merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated sales skills with upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Basic math skills for balancing registers and managing cash flow effectively Customer service excellence with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Knowledge of retail sales processes, including product demos and promotional activities This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service in a lively environment.
