Gastroenterologist

Locum Gastroenterologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near South Broadway, WA. WA license preferred. 24-hour call with day inpatient MAC cases. Provider would take call, 5 MAC cases, and hospital rounding. Call Only.

Inpatient.

Required Specialty Skills:

Upper GI endoscopy, with biopsy,with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), With injection of varices, ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography), Diagnostic, Therapeutic, With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy). Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Flexible, Colonoscopy, with biopsy, with excision of polyp.

Preferred Specialty:

Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube.

ACLS, BLS. EMR

System:

Epic. Licensed in WA or IMLC. Board Certified. Level 3 Trauma.

Credentialing:

90 days. $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
