• Early September Indian Trail Club is hiring for a seasonal part-time position for the summer season!

This three-month position runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and offers an opportunity to work in a prestigious, private club setting. If you're looking to provide excellent hospitality as a Gatehouse Attendant with a focus on security, service, and quality this is the Job for you! This Position directly report to the Outside Operations Manager .

Position:

Gatehouse Attendant (Seasonal, Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities :

✅ Greet members, guests, and vendors professionally and courteously. ✅ Verify membership status and guest access per club policies. ✅ Ensure guests scan their digital ID card at the gatehouse for entry. ✅ Monitor and control entry/exit points to uphold security and privacy. ✅ Maintain accurate visitor logs, including deliveries and special events. ✅ Provide directions and club information as needed. ✅ Communicate effectively with clubhouse staff, security, and management. ✅ Keep the gatehouse clean, organized, and presentable. ✅ Follow emergency procedures and respond to security concerns promptly.

Qualifications :

✔ Experience in hospitality, security, or customer service . ✔Previous experience in security or law enforcement ✔ Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor. ✔ Ability to stay professional and composed under pressure. ✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. ✔ Basic computer skills for logging entries and communication. ✔ Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications (but Not Required) : Familiarity with Jonas software or similar systems for check-in procedures.

Hourly Rate :

$20
