Tuesday-Saturday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM We are currently hiring a professional and dependable Gatehouse Security Officer for a residential condominium HOA community in Marco Island, FL. This is a full-time overnight position ideal for an experienced security professional who takes pride in providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure residential environment. This role is primarily focused on gatehouse operations, access control, and providing a professional and welcoming presence for residents, guests, and vendors during overnight hours. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling community access points, verifying residents and visitors, maintaining accurate vehicle and visitor logs, responding professionally to incidents or concerns, completing detailed daily activity reports, and ensuring all community procedures are followed. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and professional throughout overnight shifts. Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in a condominium HOA, gatehouse, residential, or customer service-focused security environment. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service abilities are essential. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, using basic computer systems, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a professional presence in a residential community setting. Dependability and consistent attendance are critical for this overnight schedule.
