Job Description

Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced educator to teach General Education and AP Physics in a high-performing academic environment. This full-time contract position runs from August 11th, 2026, through May 27th, 2027, and offers the chance to make an impact during a pivotal year at a renowned top-tier high school. Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics required Successful completion of Praxis II test #5266 Current South Carolina Educator Teaching Certification in Secondary Physics or Science, including Advanced Placement (AP) endorsement Professional Certification Endorsement (30-hour training) preferred, although strong candidates without this specific endorsement will be considered Demonstrated strength in classroom management and a passion for innovative science instruction Commitment to student development at both the general and advanced placement levels
