General Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance as needed Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Maintain cleanliness of both commercial spaces and residential properties by adhering to established cleaning schedules and standards Use proper techniques for carpet cleaning, floor stripping, waxing, and buffing to extend the lifespan of flooring surfaces Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use Previous porter or maintenance experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in creating immaculate environments that promote health, safety, and professionalism.
