GENERAL CLEANING POSITION

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas Assist with floor care activities including buffing, polishing, stripping, and sealing to maintain a professional appearance Support custodial operations by replenishing supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break rooms Maintain safety standards during cleaning procedures by following proper procedures for handling chemicals and equipment Execute light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for facilities maintenance Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning requests as needed to ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are met Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is a plus Experience with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or painting is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols during all cleaning activities Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that inspire productivity and comfort!
