Class A License The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of residential renovation projects. This role allows you to utilize your comprehensive technical expertise and business acumen to ensure high-quality installations. You will have the autonomy to oversee onsite operations for a company that values your individual contribution and professional growth. How You Will Make an Impact Supervise daily field operations to ensure high-quality residential construction project delivery. Manage onsite construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and structural demands. Coordinate complex workflows including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks to maintain timelines. Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or hazards. Maintain clear communication with field teams to foster a culture built on teamwork and respect. Oversee hands-on home improvements, rehab work for flips, and specialized system installations. Required Qualifications & Experience Possess a valid and active Class A License. Proven hands-on construction experience encompassing plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical work. Strong technical expertise and business acumen necessary for managing large-scale projects from planning to completion. Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius of the job location. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical, HVAC, or general contracting fields. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated experience in managing project logistics, budgets, and safety compliance protocols.
