Position Summary We're hiring a highly skilled, self-sufficient Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is not an apprentice role. You'll be our go-to expert for multiple trades and the face of our company in clients' homes. One day you might be retileing a shower, the next you're troubleshooting a breaker panel or replacing a water heater. If you love variety, solving problems, and taking ownership, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities Core Trades:

Tile & Flooring:

Install, repair, and replace ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, and LVP. Demo old tile, prep subfloor, waterproof showers, grout, and caulk to a professional finish.

Plumbing:

Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and fixture issues. Replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, shutoff valves, and supply lines. Basic drain snaking and P-trap rebuilds.

Electrical:

Troubleshoot and repair outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Replace breakers, install

GFCI/AFCI

outlets, run new circuits for appliances. Must understand NEC basics and local code. No live panel work without license if required in your state.

General Home Repair:

Carpentry:

Door hanging, trim/baseboard, drywall patch & texture match, cabinet adjustments, deck board replacement.

Painting:

Interior/exterior prep, patch, prime, and finish painting.

General Maintenance:

Gutter cleaning, appliance installs, caulking, weatherstripping, lock changes, pressure washing, minor roof repairs, fence repairs.

Diagnostics:

Walk properties with homeowners, identify issues, explain repair options clearly, and provide on-site estimates for additional work.

Customer & Business Duties:

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work site. Use drop cloths, shoe covers, and clean up daily.

Communicate professionally with clients:

confirm appointments, explain work performed, and collect payment/signature. Document work with before/after house fixed is an equal opportunity employer. We hire skilled people, period.

$30.60 - $45.82 per hour
