General Laboerer

Position Summary The General Laborer supports the day-to-day cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the CNC machine shop. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, restocking supplies, and assisting with general shop upkeep. This position does not involve machine operation, equipment use, or repair work. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain shop floors, work areas, and common spaces Clean and restock bathrooms regularly Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout the facility Restock shop supplies, including inventory kept in Kanban/stock systems Monitor supply levels and notify supervisor when reordering is needed Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and other shared spaces Assist with general organization of shop areas and storage locations Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds occasionally Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Important Notes This role does not include operation of CNC machines or other equipment No forklift operation required No maintenance or repair responsibilities

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
