General Labor - 1st Shift | Clean, Organized Shop | Hands‑On Work Join a tight‑knit team building high‑quality display window units. This entry‑level role is perfect for anyone who likes hands‑on work, tools, and seeing finished products come to life. What You'll Do Clean and prep display windows for shipment Assemble units using drills, screw guns, and basic tools Take simple measurements and fasten parts securely Do light painting, sanding, and touch‑ups Help with packaging, shipping, and general shop tasks Lift up to 50 lbs (team lifts for heavier items) Work independently or with a team of 7-8 What You Bring Attention to detail and pride in quality Comfort with basic hand/power tools Ability to follow directions and work safely Reliability for a 3-6 month contract Willingness to work overtime when needed Nice to Have Shop, warehouse, carpentry, or construction experience Familiarity with painting, sanding, or assembly Experience using tape measures and common shop tools Why You'll Like It Here Clean, well‑organized shop, steady weekday hours, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment where you can build real hands‑on skills. Shift:

Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (often extended to 4:30 p.m.) PPE provided. Work boots required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Afton, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
