Job Description/Responsibilities The duty of the General Laborer is to work and assist in any operation on the log yard, stave storage yard. Load/Unload log trucks, Load/Unload Dry Kilns, Assist Log buyers, Pull Log Tags and feed Stave Mill, Assist in all Environmental Clean-up duties, Load/Unload By-Products, Assist Kiln Manager, assist in all aspects of handling inventory, Assist in Dry Kiln Operation. Position involves all aspects of "yard" duties. Preferred 2 years' experience with a wheel loader or heavy equipment.

2nd Shift - 5:00pm-3:30am

Starting Pay :

$18/hr + shift differential Qualifications/Requirements MUST Stand long periods of time Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, pull, push, climb a few steps, eye-hand coordination, grade the wood for defects, use hands for grabbing and wrists for rotating, Using tools such as tape measures and crayons. Ability to work in variable weather conditions, including cold and hot/humid conditions. Must have a High school diplomar or GED Must be able to pass a Drug screen & background check
