General Labor

Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level General Labor position in a metal fabrication facility. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment. Work Environment Non-climate-controlled facility (may be hot or cold depending on weather) Must be able to work 10-hour shifts Physical, fast-paced manufacturing setting Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Prepare parts prior to the painting process Sand and clean parts as needed Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met Load and unload parts onto paint carts Shake and break parts from sheets Assist with loading, unloading, and safely moving materials or equipment Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support team members with basic assembly, packaging, and sorting tasks Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with others Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or warehouse settings Prior experience in general labor or related roles is a plus but not mandatory Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime is mandatory when available

Pay:
