Responsibilities Assist with the loading or unloading of materials and equipment on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies needed for daily tasks Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assisting with basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform routine maintenance and inspections of tools, machinery, and safety equipment Contribute to site cleanup and waste management to uphold cleanliness standards Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic understanding of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Willingness to adapt to various tasks and changing project needs
