Job Requirements and Work Environment Support daily production activities on the manufacturing floor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Perform basic equipment and materials handling tasks. Work is performed in a warehouse or industrial setting. Exposure to varying temperatures (32°F to 45°F) and loud environment. Hearing protection is provided and required. Frequent contact with water and chemicals, primarily chlorine. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per shift). Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive motion tasks. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to distinguish colors is required. Must be able to read and write in English, Spanish or native language. Reliable attendance is essential. Qualifications No prior experience required - training will be provided . Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to take on new responsibilities.
