General Labor- Underground Utility Construction

Job Description We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our underground utility construction crew. This position involves hands-on work installing water lines, sewer lines, and telecommunications infrastructure . Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. Responsibilities Assist with installation and repair of underground water, sewer, and telecom utilities Perform manual labor including digging, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup Work around heavy equipment and construction tools safely Follow job site safety procedures and company policies Support equipment operators and crew leads as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license required Clean driving record is mandatory Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold Must be physically capable of heavy labor and comfortable getting dirty Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience operating or assisting with a mini excavator Prior underground utility or construction experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time work Opportunity to learn skilled trades and advance Team-oriented work environment

Pay:

$17.75 - $20.00 per hour
