• Job Description
• We are seeking a dedicated Shop Worker in Dover to join our team. In this role, you will work with tool steel, cutting it to specific specifications using various tools and machinery.
• Responsibilities
• + Operate machines, hand tools, and power tools to cut tool steel to specific measurements. + Use a tape measure accurately down to 1/8 inch. + Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. + Participate in forklift training to enhance operational efficiency.
• Essential Skills
• + Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/8 inch precision. + Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Previous industrial experience.

• + Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

• Work Environment
• The work environment is a large open warehouse with a team of approximately five individuals. Be prepared to work in a space that is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with forklifts moving around.
• Job Type & Location
• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, NH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
