General Laborer $18hr

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital to supporting daily operations within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing settings, possess mechanical aptitude, and be comfortable handling various tools and equipment. Duties Assist with the assembly of products on the production line using hand tools and power tools Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of manufacturing stations Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas within the facility Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to meet safety and quality standards Skills Previous experience in manufacturing or factory environments preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with inventory handling and storage procedures Ability to work on an assembly line efficiently and accurately Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Knowledge of safety procedures related to manufacturing operations This position is essential for supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe workplace. Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you commute to Westmoreland TN? Can you work 6am to 4:30pm Mon-Thur and every other Friday over time Can you pass a background check? No felonies and a drug screen test?
