Job Duration Seasonal position aligned with the agronomy application season Typically spring through early summer, with potential to extend based on workload and weather Schedule Full‑time seasonal hours (70-90 hours a week) Long days and weekends required during peak application periods Schedule varies based on weather, crop conditions, and customer demand Key Responsibilities Apply dry fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fields Operate application equipment such as floaters and support vehicles Perform light preventative maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of equipment Load, unload, and handle agronomy products safely and accurately Work professionally with growers and team members to support timely applications Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements; complete required documentation Assist with general agronomy and operations tasks as needed

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.25 per hour
