General Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and teammates Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper care and attention to detail Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail, safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.
