Job Title:

General Labor Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Labor Associate to join our team. This role involves maintaining warehouse inventory, cycle counting, order picking, and moving products throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities also include palletizing, shipping and receiving, and working on production lines. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can operate independently without daily guidance. Responsibilities Maintain and organize warehouse inventory. Perform cycle counting and inventory control. Pick and move orders efficiently throughout the warehouse. Palletize products for shipping and receiving. Operate shipping and receiving tasks effectively. Work collaboratively on production lines. Direct your own work and be proactive in identifying and completing tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in using RF scanners and SAP/WMS systems. Experience in order picking and inventory management. Ability to perform shipping and receiving duties. Experience with cycle counting and material handling. Self-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Previous experience in a warehouse lead role is beneficial. Basic data entry skills are required. Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled and heavy industrial. Expect conditions to be hot, dirty, and involve exposure to chemicals. The role requires resilience and adaptability to a challenging environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to approximately 3 pm, with the potential for 10-hour workdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hernando, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
