Job Title:

General Laborer Job Description The role involves working in the back end of the powdercoat paint line area, focusing on final packing duties. Responsibilities include unracking painted parts, packaging, labeling, boxing, and palletizing. This position requires standing and consistent movement, as well as performing repetitive tasks. Most parts weigh under 20 lbs, but lifting up to 50 lbs may be required occasionally. Responsibilities Unrack painted parts and prepare them for packaging. Label, box, and palletize parts efficiently. Maintain a quick pace while on your feet for 10 hours. Lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs as needed. Perform repetitive tasks in a production line setting. Essential Skills Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods. Capability to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Comfort with repetitive work and a production line environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience is advantageous. Experience in packaging, racking, or painting environments is a plus. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, with translation support available. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a smaller powdercoating machine shop with approximately 30 team members, including painters, laborers, quality assurance, and office personnel. The shop is clean and organized, though not temperature controlled, which means it can get warm in the summer. Fans and open doors help to maintain comfort, and wearing shorts is permitted. The first shift runs from 6:10 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with minimal overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Wyoming, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
