General Laborer

Join our family-owned commercial cabinet shop as a General Laborer to support daily operations and keep the shop running efficiently. This is a physical, hands-on role that supports multiple areas of the operation - from receiving materials and staging production items to supporting CNC workflow and preparing shipments. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps production moving, you'll fit right in. We offer a steady Monday-Friday schedule with half days every Friday —great if you want your afternoons free. Our shop is about 30 minutes south of Tulsa —ideal if you're near Bixby, Glenpool, or Okmulgee, or don't mind a scenic drive. We're a small, close-knit team that values reliability, teamwork, initiative, and people who take pride in helping the operation run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Receive and organize incoming deliveries; confirm accuracy against purchase orders and stage materials appropriately Build and stage materials/BOMs for production Maintain continuous material supply to the CNC machine Load trailers and assist with outgoing shipments Help maintain organization throughout the shop Support overall production flow and shop operations Assist with cleanup, dust collectors and general shop upkeep Work closely with the team to help keep the shop running efficiently Pitch in wherever operational support is needed throughout the day What We're Looking For Able to lift materials and stand most of the day Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to ask questions Shop experience is a bonus, but not required Why Work Here Starting pay: $15-$18/hour No weekend shifts + half-day Fridays Paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick time) Yearly bonuses and referral program Opportunity to grow your skills in a skilled trade Schedule Monday to
