General Laborer

Job Title:

General Laborer 1st Shift $20-22/hr Key Responsibilities Operate propane and electric forklifts and lift trucks to move materials throughout the facility and yard Load and unload trucks, perform dock work, and palletize products for storage or shipment Manually handle materials by sorting, counting, staging, and moving inventory Use RF scanners to pick orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate stock records Support yard operations, including outdoor loading and unloading in varying weather conditions Perform general labor tasks such as basic production support, use of hand tools, and assisting with sandblasting as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area in a dirty manufacturing environment Follow all safety procedures while lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs Remain on your feet for most of the shift and adapt to changing daily priorities Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of material handling and/or forklift experience Experience operating forklifts (propane and/or electric preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment Able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift Experience using RF scanners or willingness to learn Flexible and dependable with the ability to switch tasks as needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hector, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
