General Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking multiple dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of various processes. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Duties General Laborers - $18.00-$19.00 Load and unload metal parts onto the powder coating line in a safe and efficient manner Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, hanging, and organizing materials as needed Follow instructions and daily production priorities provided by the line supervisor Inspect parts for basic quality standards before and after coating Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe production operations Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts as required Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with warm temperatures, especially during summer months Work schedules may be adjusted during extreme heat conditions to prioritize employee safety Reliable attendance and willingness to learn are required Opportunity for advancement and higher pay for employees interested in training as powder coating sprayers Prior manufacturing or powder coating experience is helpful but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
