General Laborer

Job Overview Join our team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our hands-on operations. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction, manufacturing, and maintenance projects. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to follow instructions precisely and a willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction and industrial environments Must be available to work 40 hour per week Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Overtime hours are necessary in some circumstances but rarely on weekends Prior experience in welding and fabrication is a plus but not required Prior experience with concrete is appreciated but not required Experience with construction equipment is a bonus but we will train as necessary A CDL License is preferred but not required Reliable transportation to our facility and the ability to arrive on time Starting pay is flexible and will be based upon experience and qualifications.
