Block Plant Laborers for a high‑production manufacturing facility in Haines City, FL . This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, physically capable, and open to long hours. Must‑Have Skills & Requirements Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts , 6 days per week Must be open to working up to 72 hours per week Willing to work day or night shifts Flexible on start times and shift changes Experience or comfort with outdoor industrial / manufacturing environments Ability to operate and monitor block‑making machinery Willing to unload product from conveyors Perform general labor and housekeeping (sweeping, cleanup) Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods Strong attendance and reliability are required Available to interview ASAP Apply Now We are scheduling interviews immediately.
