10-12 hours About the Role We are hiring hardworking General Laborers to join our concrete manufacturing team in Bensalem, PA. This is a physically active role supporting daily production, material handling, and equipment operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

General Laborer Shift Schedules Options:

1st Shift (10 hours): Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM

• 4:30 PM 1st Shift (12 hours): Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM
• 4:00 PM 2nd Shift (10 hours): Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM 2nd Shift (12 hours): Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM
• 4:30

AM General Laborer Responsibilities:

Assist with daily concrete production tasks Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Operate basic manufacturing equipment (training provided) Perform general clean‑up and maintain a safe, organized work area Support machine operators and production teams as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

General Laborer Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing or labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work long shifts and overtime when needed PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
