General Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, to keep work sites organized and efficient. Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary supplies or barriers. Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed. Transport materials around the job site using carts, forklifts, or other equipment when qualified. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Assist with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace. Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly to supervisors to prevent accidents. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (50 +LB), bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments. Reliable transportation to and from job sites is preferred. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience is not required but is a plus; training will be provided.
