With multiple locations, we focus on delivering high-quality custom parts and structural steel products, utilizing advanced equipment and supporting a variety of fabrication needs. Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day production activities in our Amery facility. This role involves operating basic shop equipment and performing quality checks to keep work flowing safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment (e.g., grinders, band saws) as assigned
• Support plasma table operations, including loading/unloading steel sheets, as trained
• Inspect work for defects and verify products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and help keep tools/materials in proper locations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies; report hazards, near misses, and quality concerns
• Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications Required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift as required for the job
• Regularly life up to 25lbs
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work safely at all times and follow shop safety rules Preferred
• Powder coating experience
• Plasma table experience
• Band saw experience
• Steel shop/manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing or general labor experience
• Forklift experience preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Spot welding experience
