General Laborer - Installer

Gillmann Services is hiring hardworking General Laborers for full-time work on commercial and residential job sites. We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work, learn new skills, and grow with our team.

3 weeks

Work Schedule:

6 day per week

Job Responsibilities:

Assist crews with general construction and labor tasks Load and unload materials Perform site cleanup and debris removal Use hand and power tools safely Assist with demolition, moving materials, and basic construction work Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work indoors and outdoors Willingness to learn and take direction
