We are seeking a entry level, full-time General Laborer to join our

PRODUCTION

department in Hancock, Michigan. Previous experience is not required as training is provided for motivated candidates who are eager to work and willing to learn. After a 90-day training period there is potential for a wage increase.

Candidates should have:

Ability to work Monday-Friday. Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time (8-10 hours) Previous experience working in a manufacturing or meat processing environment preferred, but not required. Have the ability to read, understand, listen and take direction from supervisors. Possess a positive attitude and collaborative work style that will make you an asset to the team. Responsibilities Assist in packaging products in a manufacturing environment. Operate machinery for food processing tasks as needed. Follow manufacturing procedures and guidelines for quality control. Handle materials and tools for assembly line production. Support the team in various fabrication and tooling activities. Perform basic math calculations for precision measuring tasks.
