General Laborer Roofing & Siding Operations

C&C Family Roofing & Siding is seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to support our roofing and siding operations. This position plays an important role in keeping projects running efficiently by supporting field crews, handling materials, maintaining clean job sites, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs. Responsibilities:

Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to job sites Assist roofing and siding crews with general labor duties, including cleanup when needed Load and unload materials Pick up and deliver supplies from vendors as needed Perform basic warehouse and shop support tasks Complete miscellaneous field tasks as assigned by management Help maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites Assist with maintaining trucks, trailers, tools, and operational equipment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 60+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Construction, roofing, or siding experience preferred but not required
